Return and Refund policy

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, you can contact us via EMAIL. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Sorry we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.


Damage and problems


Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.


Refund


We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and mail the refund. The time for automatic payment is generally within ten working days.


The goods are not damaged and users are allowed to refund or return the goods 3 days before receiving the goods.
