FBG Fulfillment 1.We will first receive the customer's order in the FBG backend. After receiving the order, staff will review it. Once the review is confirmed to be correct, the order will be transferred to the overseas warehouse.

When you access the "Purchase Order" page, you can view the order status and order information.Step 1: Log in to the FBG frontend, and then go to the "Fulfillment" page.Step 2: There are 5 types of order statuses on the FBG platform, including "pending", "Ordering","paying", "shipping", and "shipped".。

You can view fulfillment information through the following method:Click on "Fulfillment" to check the product order details.

FBG Shopping Cart Procurement1.Go to to Inventory, select the category or seach keywords , and choose the product you need to purchase.2.Add the product to the shopping cart.3.Click Go to checkout to make the payment.4.Input your address information.5.Choose the shipping method.6.Click Place order and select Pay All .
